Pivotal Self Service Technologies Sets Date for Annual
General Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jun 16, 2004) - Pivotal
Self-Service Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:PVSS) is pleased to
announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting has been set
for June 28, 2004. The Board of Directors has declared the record
date as June 14, 2004 and the mailing of the meeting materials is
scheduled for June 16, 2004. The Company is seeking shareholder
approval for various proposals to enable the Company to close the
previously announced Phantom Fiber Corporation acquisition.
