Pivotal Self-Service Technologies Closes Acquisition of
Phantom Fiber

Partnership with Phantom Fiber Corporation creates wireless
wagering solution for DGS sportsbook and casino clients.
Phantom Fiber Corporation (OTCBB:PVSS.OB), the leading provider

announce that Digital Gaming Solutions (DGS), a leading provider
of integrated gaming products, has signed a five-year license
agreement with the Company. Under the terms of the agreement,
Phantom Fiber will develop an advanced mobile wagering platform
based on DGS software and marketed by DGS to sportsbook and
casino properties.
