TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2005--Phantom Fiber Corporation ("Phantom Fiber") (OTCBB:PHMF - News), the leading developer of wireless platform software, announces that its symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") has changed, effective as of May 5, 2005, from PHMF to PHFB.
This change was effected by NASDAQ Stock Market, the operator of OTCBB, in response to Phantom Fiber's Form 8-K issued April 25th which declared a one-for-twenty (1-for-20) reverse stock split of the Common Stock of the Company.

Although Phantom Fiber anticipated the reverse stock split to take effect at the open of business May 2, 2005 unforeseen delays moved the effective date to May 5, 2005.
